Using the Rice Wireless Network

A wireless network will be available for use throughout Duncan Hall during the CGrADS site visit, however, registration is required for reasons of security. Registration can be accomplished by sending the information about the MAC (hardware) address of the wireless card you plan to use to slindahl@rice.edu. This information is typically clearly printed on the outside of the wireless PCMCIA card. If it is not, you will have to run the software utility that is used to configure the wireless card.
